Mercy Inspired Nurture Hub (MINH) was founded in 2026 by Christy Sofia Lam, a Pennsylvania-based Nurse Practitioner and Financial Manager, with a mission to provide compassionate, cost-effective, and dignity-centered support for individuals, families, and organizations navigating life’s care journeys.

With extensive experience in nursing, adult and geriatric care, dementia and end-of-life support, accounting & finance, health informatics & artificial intelligence, and business operations, Christy recognized a growing need for care that extends beyond clinical services alone. She believes meaningful support is grounded in presence, compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection — especially during life’s most vulnerable moments.

At MINH, we understand that quality care encompasses more than physical health. Emotional, spiritual, social, financial, and mental well-being are equally essential to fostering comfort, peace of mind, and an improved quality of life. This holistic philosophy guides every service we provide.

MINH offers personalized healthcare and nursing consultations, end-of-life doula support, and companionship services designed to support not only individuals receiving care, but also the families and organizations who care for them. Through in-person, virtual, and telephone support, our goal is to ease burdens, provide clarity, and create compassionate experiences that help people feel supported, valued, and cared for.
