These Terms constitute the primary agreement between you and MINH governing your use of our website and the purchase of our services.

## 2. About MINH and Scope of Services
MINH provides end-of-life doula support and non-medical home care services, including but not limited to vigil services, legacy projects, funeral coordination, and non-medical assistance for individuals nearing end of life.
**Important limitations - please read carefully:**
- MINH is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any form of clinical care.
- MINH is not a hospice or palliative care provider and is not a substitute for hospice, palliative care, or any licensed medical service.
- MINH services are non-medical in nature and are intended to provide emotional, practical, and logistical support during the end-of-life journey.
- Nothing communicated by MINH - whether through this Site, email, phone, or in person - should be construed as medical advice.
If you or your loved one requires medical care, please contact a licensed healthcare provider, hospice organization, or emergency services.

## 3. Services and Booking
Services offered by MINH are described on this Site and are subject to availability. By booking a service, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of another person.
- The information you provide during booking is accurate and complete.
- You understand the scope and limitations of MINH's services as described in Section 2.
MINH reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion, including if the requested services fall outside our scope of practice.

## 4. Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking through our website via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payment is required to confirm your appointment or service.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- By providing payment information, you authorize MINH to charge the full amount for your selected service.
- MINH does not store your payment card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their [Privacy Policy](https://stripe.com/privacy) and PCI-DSS standards.

## 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances surrounding end-of-life care can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows: If you do not appear for a scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

## 6. Client Responsibilities
By booking and using MINH's services, you agree to:

- Communicate openly and honestly with your MINH practitioner.
- Understand and respect the non-medical, non-clinical scope of our services.
- Not request or expect MINH to perform services beyond our stated scope of practice.
- Ensure that a safe environment is provided for MINH staff during in-home services.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- MINH's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- MINH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.
- MINH does not guarantee any specific outcome from its services. End-of-life support is deeply personal and results may vary based on individual circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Pennsylvania law.
